我的神，我的神，為甚麼離棄我？
為甚麼遠離不救我，不聽我的呻吟？ My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
2我的神啊，我白日呼求，你不应允； 夜间呼求，也不得安宁。O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
3但你是神圣的， 用以色列的赞美为宝座。But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
4我们的祖宗倚靠你； 他们倚靠你，你解救他们。Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
5他们哀求你，就蒙解救； 他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
6但我是虫，不是人， 被众人羞辱，被百姓藐视。But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
7凡看见我的都嗤笑我； 他们撇嘴摇头：All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
8“他把自己交托给耶和华，让耶和华救他吧！ 耶和华既喜爱他，可以搭救他吧！”He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
9但你是叫我出母腹的， 我在母怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.
10我自出母胎就交在你手里， 自我出母腹，你就是我的神。I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.
11求你不要远离我！ 因为灾难临头，无人帮助。Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
12许多公牛环绕我， 巴珊大力的公牛四面围困我。Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
13它们向我张口， 好像猎食吼叫的狮子。They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
14我如水被倒出， 我的骨头都脱了节， 我的心如蜡，在我里面熔化。I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
15我的精力枯干，如同瓦片， 我的舌头紧贴上颚。 你将我安置在死灰中。My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
16犬类围着我，恶党环绕我； 他们扎了我的手、我的脚。For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
17我数遍我的骨头； 他们瞪着眼看我。I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
18他们分我的外衣， 为我的内衣抽签。They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
19耶和华啊，求你不要远离我！ 我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我！But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
20求你救我的性命脱离刀剑， 使我仅有的☛“仅有的”就是“生命”。脱离犬类，Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
21求你救我脱离狮子的口； 你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
22我要将你的名传给我的弟兄， 在会众中我要赞美你。I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
23敬畏耶和华的人哪，要赞美他！ 雅各的后裔啊，要荣耀他！ 以色列的后裔啊，要惧怕他！Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
24因为他没有藐视、憎恶受苦的人， 也没有转脸不顾他们； 那受苦之人呼求的时候，他就垂听。For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
25我在大会中赞美你的话是从你而来， 我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
26愿困苦的人吃得饱足， 愿寻求耶和华的人赞美他。 愿你们的心永远活着！The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.
27地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他， 列国的万族都要在你面前敬拜。All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28因为国度属于耶和华， 他是管理列国的。For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.
29地上富足的人都必吃喝而敬拜， 凡下到尘土中不能存活自己性命的人， 都要在他面前下拜☛“凡...下拜”：原文另译“凡下到尘土中的人都要在他面前下拜，我的性命为他而存活”。；All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
30必有后裔事奉他， 主所做的事必传给后代。A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
31他们必来传他的公义给尚未出生的子民， 这是他的作为。They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
