耶和華啊，求你不要在怒中責備我，
不要在烈怒中懲罰我！ O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
2耶和华啊，求你怜悯我，因为我软弱。 耶和华啊，求你医治我，因为我的骨头战抖。Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.
3我的心也大大惊惶。 耶和华啊，你要等到几时呢？My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long?
4耶和华啊，求你转回搭救我， 因你的慈爱拯救我。Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.
5因为死了的人不会记念你， 在阴间有谁称谢你？For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
6我因呻吟而困乏； 我每夜流泪，使床铺漂起， 把褥子湿透。I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.
7我的眼睛因忧愁而昏花， 因敌人的缘故，我的眼目模糊不清。Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.
8你们所有作恶的人，离开我吧！ 因为耶和华听了我哀哭的声音。Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9耶和华听了我的恳求， 耶和华必接纳我的祷告。The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.
10我所有的仇敌都必羞愧，大大惊惶； 转眼之间，他们要羞愧撤退。Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.
